About the event

This course will be particularly suitable for teachers who are interested in introducing collaborative philosophical inquiry into their classroom. Teachers will not only increase their understandings of the process for teaching Philosophy for Children but also participate in a number of community of inquiries.

APIS (WA) is an affiliate of the Federation of Australasian Philosophy in Schools Associations and completion of the full requirements of the workshop entitles one to teach Philosophy in Schools at any Australian school.

Date: Friday 28th and Sat 29th June

Time: 9.00am to 3.30pm

Venue: Methodist Ladies College

356 Stirling Highway Claremont WA 6010

Cost: $400 per person inc GST includes morning tea, lunch and resources.
